"We spent around $1,000 on decals here when we first opened our rural, nonprofit animal shelter. Three years later, I ordered a new decal for our front door, for $187, because our days/hours had changed.
When applying it, the “W” in “Wednesday” didn’t come off the backing cleanly. I messaged via the website to ask if we could order a replacement “W.” Received a call from customer service saying no, that wasn’t possible. I asked if we could just order and pay for a W. No, they couldn’t guarantee the size would be the same. (Seriously?) Re-purchasing the entire decal was my only option. The representative then agreed to “ask the team” if there were other options.
*Three weeks later* I got a call back saying nope. I was welcome to reorder and pay for the entire decal again, or to add a “W” onto a “future order.” (Ah ha! So it CAN be done.)
The representative then suggested I “create” a W myself — from duct tape.
We quite literally can’t afford to repurchase the decal (our operations are supported solely by donations), nor would I want to at this point, even if we had enough money on hand. I recommended Signazon to colleagues in animal welfare who were remodeling their facilities. I will no longer be doing so.
If this is the way they treat customers who have spent $1,000, I encourage everyone to be wary."
